  • Our Bank is the First Co-operative Bank in Gujarat to establish IPv6 Network Connectivity and infrastructure in all its branch network.
  • Bank's has its local CBS and Application Server managed at H.O. Ahmedabad.
  • Moreover, bank's existing technological infrastructure is managed by TATA's Centralized 20 Mbps MPLS Connectivity and 6 Mbps Internet Lease Line Connectivity at H.O. Ahmedabad.
  • Other technological advancements include Any Branch Banking, Centralized CKYC (w.e.f 1-4-2017) of all new accounts, Transaction Monitoring, Centralized CTS Clearing, Automated NACH and ECS.
  • As a step towards Digitalization, Since June 2017, our bank is providing Rupay-cum-ATM Debit Card facility to all its Customers. As a result, wide range of convenience, Security and Luxury is provided to bank’s Customer for POS Payments, Online Shopping, paying Utility Bills and Govt. Taxes, Moreover, bank’s customers can withdraw money from any bank’s ATM in India irrespective of branches where customer maintains the account. This is through sub-membership and HDFC Bank as Sponsor Bank and Sarvatra Technologies Pvt Ltd as the Switch Provider with NPCI.
  • The bank provides SMS Alerts facility for its valued customers whereby alerts are provided for balance, debit / Credit, maturity of Deposits, Loan installment due, details of last 3 transactions, etc. Other Facilities include Misscall Alerts, Internet Banking (View only), SMS Banking.
  • The bank provides CMS facility under arrangement with HDFC bank to its valued customers wherein customer can deposit unlimited amount and number of local clearing and HDFC cheque at 600+ location and 1700+ branches of HDFC bank without any charge.
  • The bank provides RTGS and NEFT facility to all its customers at all tis branches through HDFC Bank.
  • The bank provides facility of GST Payments, E-Payment of Income Tax and other taxes at all its branches.
  • The bank provides account statement through email at our head office level, on daily or monthly basis as desired by the customers.
  • The bank is able to generate more than 150 Reports from its CBS to support Quick Decision making.

 

 

Proposed enhancement/up-gradation of technology

 

  • Bank is under process to obtain DR Site managed by Acute Informatics Pvt Ltd situated at Mumbai for continuous Backup and Monitoring and Disaster Recovery.
  • Bank is under process of obtaining Mobile Banking License from RBI so as to provide various modern digital services like IMPS, Net-Banking etc. For the same, Bank is under process of developing Mobi-Pro App (Android and iOS) provided by its CBS Vendor.
  • Bank is in process with its CBS Vendor for obtaining Secure UID Aadhar Vault, Aadhar Linking and Verification and Mapping of all Aadhar Linked accounts of our customers.
  • Bank is in process with NPCI of providing to its Customers facilities like UPI, BHIM App Services, AEPS, ABPS, E-Kyc.
